Dr. Helen Foster

Dr. Helen graduated from the Ontario Veterinary College in 2008. She opened Bickford Park Animal Hospital in 2012 because she lives in and loves this neighborhood and community. She lives with her husband Jeff, their children: Emma, William, Charlie, and their forever angel Emmet. Her furry family members include a Goldendoodle named Sammy and barn rescue cats George and Izzie.

Dr. Helen loves chatting with her furry patients and their families and developing lasting relationships. Her main areas of interest are preventive medicine, palliative care, and dermatology. However, she enjoys all aspects of veterinary medicine and likes learning something new every day.

She spends her free time having fun in the park with her children and dog. She watches documentaries and foreign detective series with a nice glass of wine.

Dr. Tara Brown

Tara is a graduate of Ontario Veterinary College and joined Bickford Park Animal Hospital in 2022.

In her spare time, Tara loves going on adventures with her Great Dane, Gimli, and her fiancé Aidan. A passionate reader, Tara loves to curl up and get lost in a good fantasy or romance book.

While Tara enjoys all aspects of veterinary medicine, surgery and building lasting, meaningful relationships with clients are her favorite parts of being a veterinarian.
