Meet Dr. O’Meara

Dr. Ciara O’Meara has been living in Toronto’s Junction Area for 14 years and is excited to bring over 20 years of veterinary experience to the local community!

Ciara graduated with honors from the Ontario Veterinary College in 1999 and has since developed her interests and skills in soft tissue surgery, dentistry, anesthesia/pain management, and internal medicine for cats and dogs in the Toronto Region.

In her spare time, Ciara enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, cycling through Toronto’s always-interesting streets, hiking, and continuously planning new adventures with her family and friends.

In the fall of 2022, Ciara and her family rescued two street cats, Neo and Trinity (also known as Noodle and Trin Trin). They have transformed into happy, healthy cats and provide daily entertainment for the whole family!

Ciara is a member of the Ontario Veterinary Medical Association, the Canadian Academy of Veterinary Dermatology, and the Veterinary Information Network.
