Building a Dog Paradise in the Kootenays

Our journey began in 2017 when we established Kootenay Canine Adventures to provide fun canine adventures for dogs in Cranbrook. Just six months later, we expanded our services to Kimberley, bringing the same dedication to canine care and enrichment to a wider community.

From Adventures to Accommodations

After 18 months of operations, we recognized a growing need in our region for comfortable boarding and play spaces for dogs. With this vision in mind, we purchased 28 acres of land in Wycliffe and set out to build a true dog paradise.

Our Custom-Built Facility

– 26 custom boarding suites
– 22,000 square feet of play area
– 8-foot secure fencing
– Thoughtfully designed spaces for canine enjoyment
